MAXI DELTA CLUTCH ® MALOSSI PATENTED
Automatic clutch with variable calibration

Clutches with asbestos-free friction material and a patented adjustment system.
MAXI DELTA CLUCTH allows for 3 to 9 different adjustments by simply adjusting three fixing screws and 9 to 27 variations by replacing the springs and calibration weights, depending on the scooter type, producing an equal number of rpm ranges within which the traction engagement moment is determined in order to optimize acceleration off the start.
Perfect operation of the automatic system is essential for a good start from a standing start and for exiting tight curves, when the vehicle speed drops significantly. The advantages these clutches offer compared to those of standard scooters are enormous, even for a road vehicle, as they allow for sophisticated tuning across a very wide range of engine rpm.
Maxi Delta Clutch is sold with a sports tuning together with a series of optional features that allow for top-level racing tuning.
Maxi Delta Clutch, from racing to urban and sporting use: these patented clutch units were designed by Malossi, which directly oversees their production and selection of materials.
Optional components are available for custom calibration, allowing you to greatly expand the Maxi Delta Clutch’s calibration range.
As everyone knows, clutch behavior only affects acceleration and not speed, so there are no approval issues for these devices.
This further motivates us to create new products to satisfy our loyal customers.

Products reserved exclusively for competitions in places specially designed for such activity according to the regulations of the competent sporting authorities. We decline any responsibility for improper use.
