Maxi Fly System

Malossi has long produced and successfully marketed these two items separately.
This new Malossi offering aims to ensure superior quality by combining two premium components that optimize the performance of scooter power transmission systems.
Given the strong interest in these two items, we decided to offer our customers a gift box containing both products.
This allows Malossi to provide two quality products in a single package at a slightly lower price.
Improvement is a passion for Malossi, seeking the weak point in every mechanical component to optimize operation and increase reliability and safety, to the direct benefit of the user.

Maxi Fly Clutch

The Maxi Fly Clutch was born from the experience gained by Malossi technicians on the adjustable Maxi Delta Clutch automatic clutch. This new clutch was designed and manufactured to provide our customers with a product that is perfectly adaptable to a standard vehicle, ensuring flawless operation at all times.
The Maxi Fly Clutch is supplied pre-calibrated according to the instructions provided by our technicians after extensive testing on accelerometer benches to verify all its details and reliability.
In creating the Maxi Fly Clutch, Malossi paid particular attention to its sizing and choice of materials.
Therefore, the Maxi Fly Clutch represents an original replacement clutch with the highest technological level, offering extremely high reliability and durability.

Maxi Wing Clutch Bell

The thermal, explosion-proof clutch bells feature a finned reinforcement ring to dissipate heat, which develops primarily during starts from a standstill and when the vehicle accelerates from low speeds.
This technological innovation stems from research conducted in the field of scooter racing.
The principle behind it is this: the larger radiating surface significantly lowers the operating temperature of the bell, significantly increasing the clutch assembly’s lifespan.
The clutch assembly is subjected to enormous stress during city driving, hill starts, and when exiting tight bends with two passengers on board. Therefore, to protect your clutch, Malossi has developed the Maxi Wing Clutch Bell.
It should not be overlooked that the finned reinforcement ring is also an explosion-proof element, as it was designed to withstand the high rotational speeds required for sports riding, especially if the engine has been tuned, considering that centrifugal force increases squared with increasing rpm.
