To ensure maximum performance to the owners of the Japanese superporte, the R&D Spark has been working for some time and continuously to offer a complete and super competitive range: semi-kit or complete kit. Available in different materials and different types of silencers, to respond to multiple aesthetic needs and a more or less restrictive founding limits. In fact, on the Italian and European circuits, sound limits have been introduced, both on free practice days and in the race. The maximum permitted decibels varies according to the championship and the displacement of the motorcycles. Spark has developed different products that allow you to get the maximum of the surrender, respecting these pre -established founding limits, without db killer.

Different solutions for silencers to respond precisely to different aesthetic and sound tastes: Force silencer or the brand new Force Evo to respect the limit of 102 db, as in the French championship and in the endurance world championship; silencer Konix Evo, to return to the 107 db; and the silencers MotoGP and Grid-o without any limit.

The Semi-Kit consists of a 3/4 system: the 2in1 crossroads with connection and silencer eliminates the catalyst and has been sized to obtain maximum performance while maintaining the original collectors. The fittings are available both in AISI 304 stainless steel and in titanium and in 2 different dimensional configurations: d. 54 (the first proposal, optimized on My 2015-2019 and which allows you to further keep the decibels further under control) or D.60 (the optimized version for the My 2020-2023, with d. 60mm silencer entry)

The complete kit, the top of the range product, was developed together with teams participating in important international championships. In addition to the study of the best sizing of the collectors for the optimization of the surrender, the technologies and structural details of this product guarantee the top of the reliability. In fact, many teams have chosen Spark to face the endurance world championship, the world champion kit in the stock category already in 2017.

From an aesthetic point of view, the fitting, with wedges, with exposed welds which enhance the racing flavor of this product. Welds, wedges and conicals that are not simple aesthetic quibbles but are needed because, after numerous and repeated launches at the counter, those conical, outside the production standards, They allowed to get better performance. Here, therefore, that the maximum, sought together with the World Championship teams, is re -proposed in the catalog, both in the version with steel collectors and full titanium. The version produced until 2021 has been replaced by the new configuration of collectors, improving both from the performance point of view and technical thanks for example to the introduction of the bushings turned from full to CNC on the couplings.
